Vineyard – Dallwitz Block: Classic Tera Rossa red brown earth with limestone ridges, Biscay and sandy loam soils over red prismatic clay.

Winemaking – Small open ferment, cold soak, minimal intervention, short daily pump overs. Two years in seasoned French Oak. 1,600 bottles produced.
